Cadence is an out-of-network provider and does not directly bill to insurance companies. This means that payment is made at time of service and then clients submit their monthly statement to their insurance company for reimbursement.
Payment is required at time of service by cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or check.
For individual therapy, there is no charge for cancellations more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment. Full payment is required for late cancellations inside of this time frame, barring illness or medical emergency.
