PhD – Post-Doctoral Fellow
Tessa has a PhD in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Based Therapy (FBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She works with young teens and young adults on a wide range of issues.
Her areas of specialty include work with children of adults with mental health issues, anxiety, grief, eating disorders, and trauma adjustment.
Tessa received her PhD at the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
In her spare time, Tessa enjoys sports, film, art, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
